Kembali Kitchen?s Chef Vishan said the dishes represented signature cuisine from all states in the country.
?We selected the best and most famous dishes from each state and prepared them authentically using spices and ingredients from those states.
?The dish from Malacca is spicy while the one from Pahang is sourish. The food from Johor is sweet. This shows how each dish and cuisine is different.?
?A lot of love and pride has gone into preparing the food, he said.
The dishes we sampled tasted unique but blended well with each other.
