Celebrating its 10th anniversary, The Manhattan Fish Market chain has launched a new menu with delectable and exciting dishes.
The menu will have 27 new dishes created by chefs over the past nine months where customers can choose to have their seafood grilled, baked, fried, poached or flamed, for a meal that is both healthy and great tasting.
The Manhattan Fish Market Malaysia operations manager David Lee said this was part of the chain’s efforts to provide an exceptional dining experience to their customers.
They also ensure that their food is prepared using fresh ingredients.
One of the starters, the Fried Fish-Kin is a healthy snack that can either be eaten on its own or with the mushroom soup.
For the mains, the Spicy Tuna pasta is an option. The unique dish has earned a special name from Lee.
The Spicy Hot Whole Fish is another newly created main dish.
This dish is different as it is not served with fries or rice as sides. Instead, it is served in a spicy broth with scallops and calamari, among assorted vegetables.
Also making its debut is the Reel-icious Selections which give customers a choice of grilled cod fish, poached cheesy dory or grilled salmon as part of a range of premium quality dishes at an affordable price.
On the new menu, Lee said the restaurant would be able to serve up a better dining experience with dishes that were tastier, healthier and more value-for-money.
