She said patrons who come for the opening would enjoy the soft and succulent Taliwang chicken that would melt in the mouth.

“The Taliwang Chicken looks almost like grilled chicken but once relished, you will taste its unique flavours. The meat is both spicy and sweet. It also has the aroma of lemongrass,” she said.

The Mix has an open kitchen where diners can watch food prepared.

“You will get to a flurry of activities as the chefs slice, dice and fry away as you enjoy a drink at the bar,” she said.

Marketing communications manager Sagina Manandhar said the interior ambience was warm thanks to the use of blue and purple.

“The colour purple puts patrons at ease and gives a lavender effect of calmness and this helps them to unwind and enjoy their time here. Blue encourages a creative mood that would charge them up for the cosmopolitan world out there,” she said.
