Priced at RM188++ per couple with a complimentary glass of wine each, the four-course Ocean Candlelight Dinner is also accompanied by a dazzling sunset view, caressing sea breeze and the rhythmic tunes of rolling waves.
Reservations are required for the vantage seating on the elevated wooden deck directly overlooking the sea and sunset.
Start off with The Perfect Pair consisting a choice of Prawn and Scallop Delight (with house cocktail sauce) or Uncle Zack’s Mesclum Mix Salad (with grilled salmon, roasted capsicum, onion ring, cherry tomato, pine nut and sweet chilli dressing).
Both are sparklingly light and fresh to whet the appetites.
The Enchanted Soup of either the delicious Cream of Mushroom or invigorating Roma Tomato Bisque suffused with fresh herbs is sure to tickle the taste buds.
Grilled Australian Lamb
For the Lovers Main Affair, select from Pan-Fried Barramundi (with spaghetti, garlic sautéed potatoes and leek), Grilled Australian Lamb Rack or Grilled Rib-Eye Steak (both with baked turn potato, asparagus, mushroom and vine tomatoes).
The fish is complemented by lemon butter sauce while the prime meats come with the option of rich mushroom brown sauce or black pepper sauce. Each of the creations stands out with its distinct flavour and texture.
The Lovely Treats of Royal Cheese Cake or Chocolate Nut Brownie both topped with mango ice cream make for the ideal ending to a fabulous evening. The sourish tinge of the ice cream tapers down the richness of the sweet indulgences.
Executive sous chef Bob Kumar said the menu would change periodically to ensure diners get to enjoy something new with every visit while for those who prefer something off the menu, he could propose alternative replacements.
Additionally, the Valentine’s Special themed dinner is available for the whole of February except Feb 14.
