- 30g Anchor Unsalted Butter
- 25g sugar
- 15g honey
- 200g almond, roasted
- 20g icing sugar
Instructions
- Roast the almond in a preheated oven in 160C for 15-20 minutes or slightly brown
- In a saucepan, cook Anchor Unsalted Butter, sugar, and honey until the sugar is fully melted
- Add in the roasted almond and stir well until each almond was coasted with caramel sugar
- Turn off the heat and transfer the almond in a tray with baking paper then let it cool down
- After cool down, crack the almond into piece by piece then coasted with icing sugar
