- Dacquoise Cookie:
- 100g hazelnut flour
- 100g almond flour
- 150g icing sugar
- 140g egg whites
- 5g vanilla
- Cream Cheese Filling:
- 300g Anchor Cream Cheese
- 20g icing sugar
- 50g Anchor Unsalted Butter
Instructions
- Sieve the almond and hazelnut flour
- Whip up egg whites, vanilla, and icing sugar until light and fluffy
- Gently fold in the flours and add batter into piping bag
- Pipe out in circles and bake in a preheated oven at 170C for 10 minutes or until golden brown
- In a mixing bowl, soften Anchor Cream Cheese until smooth
- Add in icing sugar and beat until light and fluffy
- Add in softened Anchor Unsalted Butter and mix well
- Pipe in between 2pcs of daquoise and sandwich
