Recipe Ingredient
- Cream cheese 500gm
- 4 eggs (size B)
- 2/3 cup / 150g castor sugar
- 1 cup / 250g whipping cream
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp / 15g plain flour
- 1 tsp fine table salt
- 9 inch baking pan
- 2 layer of baking paper
Instructions
- Beat cream cheese until soft
- Add castor sugar
- Add egg one by one
- Add whipping cream
- Add lemon juice
- Add plain flour
- Add salt
- Put the dough in a baking pan layer with baking paper
- Bake in the oven 200'C for 45-50 minutes.
