  • 250 GRAM ANCHOR CREAM CHEESE ( TRADITIONAL STYLE )
  • 120 GRAM ANCHOR WHIPPING CREAM
  • 70 GRAM GULA PASIR
  • 3 BIJI TELUR
  • 2 BIJI LIMAU NIPIS – DIPARUT KULIT DAN DIPERAH JUS
  • 5 BIJI ASAM BOI YANG DIBUANG BIJI DAN DIPOTONG DADU
  • 1 SUDU BESAR TEPUNG GANDUM
  • 1 SUDU KECIL ESEN VANILA

Instructions

  1. SEDIAKAN LOYANG BULAT BERUKURAN 6 INCHI DAN LAPIK KAN ‘PARCHMENT PAPER’ KE DALAM LOYANG TERSEBUT
  2. DENGAN MENGUNAKAN HAND MIXER , PUKUL 250GRAM ANCHOR CREAM CHEESE SEHINGGA LEMBUT
  3. MASUK KAN 70 GRAM GULA PASIR KEDALAM CHEESE TADI DAN PUKUL SEHINGGA SEBATI
  4. MASUK KAN TELUR SEBIJI DEMI SEBIJI DAN KACAU LAGI
  5. TAMBAH 1 SUDU BESAR TEPUNG GANDUM DAN 1 SUDU KECIL ESEN VANILA BESERTA JUS DARIPADA 2 BIJI LIMAU NIPIS DAN PUKUL SEHINGGA SEBATI
  6. SETERUS NYA TAMBAH KAN PULA 120 GRAM ANCHOR WHIPPING CREAM DAN KAUP BALIK KAN ADUNAN TADI MENGUNAKAN SPATULA
  7. MASUKKAN ISI ASAM BOI YANG TELAH DIPOTONG DADU BESERTA PARUTAN DARIPADA 2 BIJI KULIT LIMAU NIPIS DAN KAUP BALIK SEKALI LAGI
