Recipe Ingredient
- 250g of cream cheese anchor
- 200g of whipping cream anchor
- 50g of santan
- 60g of sugar castor
- 1 large egg + 1 egg yolk
- 1/2 tablespoon of lemon juice
- 30 g of sekaya
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 200 c
- Line a 6 inc round cake pan with baking paper
- Place cream cheese anchor and sugar castor in a mixing bowl.
- Mix until sugar dissolves
- Add in whipping cream anchor
- Mix until combine
- Add in santan
- Mix batter until combine
- Add in eggs
- Mix again
- Add in lemon juices
- Mix until combine together
- Place batter to baking pan that already prepared
- Dont forget add in sekaya to batter
- Lastly, ready to bake
- Bake for 35 minutes
