Recipe Ingredient
- 250 gm Anchor whipping cream
- 500 gm Anchor cream cheese
- 3/4 cawan gula kastor
- 3 sudu besar susu pekat manis
- 20 gm tpg gandum
- 4 biji telur gred A
- Gula melaka - dicincang
- Emulco pandan
- Pewarna hijau
- Kelapa parut - hiasan
Instructions
- Panaskan oven 200° selama 20 minit.
- Putar cream cheese, gula kastor dan susu pekat hingga licin dan tidak berketul-ketul.
- Masukkan telur satu persatu. Putar hingga sebati.
- Masukkan whipping cream dan tepung gandum. Pukul hingga sebati semuanya.
- Masukkan Emulco pandan dan pewarna hijau. Kacau sebati.
- Tuang 1/3 adunan ke dalam loyang size 8" yg telah dilapik baking paper.
- Tabur gula melaka yang dicincang. Kemudian masukkan lagi 1/3 adunan.
- Ulang proses 6 dan 7.
- Bakar selama 60 minit.
- Biarkan sejuk seketika. Masukkan ke dalam peti ais selama 2 jam sekali dengan loyang ye. Keluarkan Cheesecake dari loyang dan hias dengan kelapa parut dan gula melaka serta kuih Ondeh-Ondeh.
