- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 3 cups Anchor UHT Extra Yield Cooking Cream
- 2 nos eggs
- some sugar
- pinch of salt
- Coloring
- red
- yellow
- green
- Topping
- kiwi (diced)
- mango (diced)
- young coconut flesh (cut into thin strips)
Instructions
- Heat up the kuih cara mould with some oil
- Then, in a blender, add in all ingredients (flour, eggs, Anchor cream, sugar, salt) and blend till smooth. Strain the mixture to avoid any lumps. Divide into 3 portions and add the colouring respectively or according to your preference
- Once done, fill the heated kuih cara mould with the batter up to 3/4 of the mould
- Add some sugar in the middle of the batter before covering the mould and leave it to cook with small flame. Once done, transfer to a plate and garnish with the fruit topping
