- 1 ripe banana
- 1 orange, peeled
- 150g plain Greek yogurt
- 150ml brown sugar soya milk
- Some ice cubes
- For Hydrating Mixed Berry Smoothie
- 1 ripe banana
- 1 cup frozen mixed berries
- 150g plain greek yogurt
- 150ml brown sugar soya milk
- Some ice cubes
- For Healthy Green Smoothie
- 1 ripe banana
- 1 cup Greens (Spinach, Mango, Kiwi and Kale)
- 150g plain Greek yogurt
- 150ml brown sugar soya milk
Instructions
- Put all the ingredients into a blender and blend until completely smooth. Divide mixture evenly between 2 glasses.
