Rosli has also created several new cocktails like Passion Fruit Mojito (pineapple juice, passion fruit, sugar syrup, lime juice, mint leaves) and Mai Tai (dark rum, Apricot Brandy, orange curacao, orange squash, lemon squash, lime juice).
Other signature cocktails include Singapore Sling (gin, cherry brandy, pineapple juice, grenadine syrup, lime juice, Benedictine D.O.M, Angostura bitters, soda water), Black Russian (vodka, kahlua) and Whisky Sour (whisky, lime juice, White Age, Angostura bitters).
More choices consist of Harvey Wallbanger (vodka, Galliano, orange juice), Green Lantern (Midori Melon, orange juice, 7-Up), Blue Hawaii (rum, Blue Curacao, Malibu, pineapple juice) and Kamikaze (vodka, Triple-Sec, lime juice).

Invigorating mocktails such as Carrot Zest (fresh carrot juice, tomato juice, celery), Ayusha Punch (coconut creme, cranberry juice, apple juice, grenadine syrup, lime juice) and Starbust (apple juice, orange juice, mango juice, plain yogurt) are also available.
The drinks are impeccably matched with tantalising light fare featuring sandwiches, burgers, small bites, pizzas and pastas.
Favourites include chicken or beef satay, choon pneah (Hainanese style deep-fried spring rolls with vegetables, prawns, chicken and crab meat), tuna melt (ciabatta bread filled with tuna, sweet corn and scallions melted with cheddar cheese served with mixed salad garnish and French fries).
To further whet appetites is the Mexican Diet which is pan-seared butterfly fresh tiger prawns with age-old cheddar and buffalo mozzarella cheese accompanied by spicy mango, papaya salsa and guacamole garnish potato crisp.
The Tandoori Lamb Burger is totally satisfying. The chargrilled tandoori marinated minced lamb in toasted brioche bap is served with mint yoghurt salsa, lettuce, vine-ripened tomato and French fries.
Diners can also go for the tantalising pizzas like New Yorker (topped with beef pepperoni, ham, smoky beef bacon, mushrooms and mozzarella cheese).
