From Aug 6 to 12, guests at Mezze Bar and Bistro will be in for a treat as they can experience the creative and exquisite cooking style of young star chef Alexy Fuchs.

In collaboration with Kronenbourg Brewery, Mezze executive group head chef Yves Pierre Renou and Fuchs will dish out a week of tasty delights that is distinctively true to their home in Alsace, France.

Fuchs is currently helming Le Gavroche, a one-star Michelin restaurant in the scenic town of Strasbourg in the Alsace region in France, where Kronenbourg Brewery is located. This is Fuchs’ second visit to Malaysia.

Fuchs was 25 years old when Le Gavroche was awarded its first Michelin star in February 2013.
After a decade of honing his culinary skills under the tutelage of his parents – Natalie and Benoit Fuchs – Fuchs went on to win the top spot at the Strasbourg European Fair 2013 and the 18th edition of the famed Henry Huck 2014 trophy.

Giving a creative modern twist to Alsatian classics, the Fuchs family has elevated the food culture in Strasbourg with their perfectly executed interpretations.

Kronenbourg and Mezze is proud to share Le Gavroche’s modern classic cuisine with selected Kronenbourg-inspired dishes.

Enjoy them with a carefully crafted K1664 cocktail by the restaurant’s mixologist or boutique Alsatian wines curated by Mezze’s resident sommelier, Sebastien Le Francois.
