ROASTED lamb with honey, ayam percik, balitong (snail), mutton curry and gearbox soup are among the over 150 mouth-watering dishes that await to fulfill your appetite during the fasting month at Quality Hotel Shah Alam.

The hotel with the theme Aneka Citarasa Berbuka is ready to offer a feast to customers with its array of buffet spread for Ramadan.

This time, the hotel features traditional dishes from the east coast and Perak, along with Chinese and Western fare.

Chef Mohd Jusoh Zakaria said diners would be offered with something different and special with the presence of Terengganu dishes on the spread.

He said it would be made up of interesting traditional dishes such as local salad, gulai kawah and types of sambal dishes including sambal jawa.

Jusoh said the grilled whole lamb signature dish and mutton curry, spicy chicken and fish dishes add variety to the hawker stall concept.

“There will also be noodles including char kway teow and curry noodle. We have chicken rice, dim sum and yong tau fu, among others.

“Customers will be spoilt for choice as they will be served with plenty of food, as appetiser, main course or desserts,” he said.

Public relations assistant manager Kavitha Parthiban said the buffet was priced at RM68++ for adults and RM38++ for children and senior citizens.

She said they also offered a special promotion where for every booking of buffet for 10 adults, the 11th person dines for free.

“We hope our Muslim customers and others will benefit from this Ramadan offer,” she said, adding that the spread would be available at the lobby on the ground floor of the hotel from 6.30pm till 10.30pm.
