    Hi Amy,
    What is the reason of adding tepung ubi in the pastry?
    I usually add tepung beras.
    Is there a difference?

      Hi Nora, tepung ubi has a neutral flour and provides more chew and elasticity to the kuih. You may try using it and sample the difference when using tepung beras only. Happy cooking!
