Recipe Ingredient
- 200g chicken meat (cubed), mixed with 1/2 tsp cornflour - leave aside for 10 minutes
- (A):
- 1 tsp sliced shallots
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped
- (B):
- 10 fish or sotong balls
- 100g carrot, cut into shapes
- 200g loofah gourd, cut diagonally
Instructions
- Heat 2 tbsp oil in a saucepan and saute (a) till fragrant.
- Add in chicken meat.
- Add the water or stock and bring to a boil. Addin (b) and loofah gourd.
- Blend in the seasoning.
- Serve hot.
