Recipe Ingredient

  • 7 fresh red chillies, seeded and finely pounded
  • 2 tbsp toasted sesame seeds, pounded
  • 100ml vinegar
  • 2 tbsp plum sauce
  • 3 tbsp sugar
  • Pinch of salt
  • 4 tbsp toasted peanuts, finely pounded

Instructions

  1. Bring vinegar to a low boil over low heat. Add in chillies and the rest of the ingredients. Stir well. Remove from heat and allow to cool. Serve as a dip for Penang Lobak.
