Recipe Ingredient
- 7 fresh red chillies, seeded and finely pounded
- 2 tbsp toasted sesame seeds, pounded
- 100ml vinegar
- 2 tbsp plum sauce
- 3 tbsp sugar
- Pinch of salt
- 4 tbsp toasted peanuts, finely pounded
Instructions
- Bring vinegar to a low boil over low heat. Add in chillies and the rest of the ingredients. Stir well. Remove from heat and allow to cool. Serve as a dip for Penang Lobak.
