Recipe Ingredient
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 shallot
- 16 prawns, peeled
- 2 stalks spring onions
- 12 cherry tomatoes
- ½ tsp pepper
- 1-2 tsp chilli oil
- 100ml Coca-Cola
Instructions
- Heat oil in a deep skillet until it is very hot. Chop the shallot finely, press the garlic and add to the hot oil in the skillet. Fry these, stirring continuously, until golden brown.
- Add prawns, pepper and chili oil and saute lightly. Add the cola - a tablespoon at a time - until it has evaporated.
- Wash spring onions and cut into 2cm pieces. Add these to the skillet with the tomatoes and saute for a further minute.
- Serve immediately.
