Recipe Ingredient

  • 400g spaghetti
  • Walnut Sauce:
  • Zest of 1 lemon
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 30-35g fresh ginger (grated)
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • A pinch of curry powder
  • 10 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 vegetable stock cube
  • 10 walnuts

Instructions

  1. COOK pasta in boiling water until al dente.
  2. Blend the ingredients for the walnut sauce in a food processor.
  3. Pour over hot pasta and toss.
