Recipe Ingredient
- 400g spaghetti
- Walnut Sauce:
- Zest of 1 lemon
- 4 cloves garlic
- 30-35g fresh ginger (grated)
- 1 tsp pepper
- A pinch of curry powder
- 10 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 vegetable stock cube
- 10 walnuts
Instructions
- COOK pasta in boiling water until al dente.
- Blend the ingredients for the walnut sauce in a food processor.
- Pour over hot pasta and toss.
