Recipe Ingredient
- 250g icing sugar
- 2 tbsp warm water
- 3 tbsp cocoa powder
Instructions
- Sift icing sugar and cocoa powder into a mixing bowl and gradually add water while mixing with a spoon.
- The icing should be thick and creamy enough to coat the back of the spoon thickly.
- This quantity is sufficient to cover the top of a 20cm round cake.
