- 500g prawns (medium size)
- 12 chilli padi
- 12 shallots
- 1 small ginger
- 1 spig curry leaves
- 4 or 6 limes
- oyster sauce
- fish sauce
- sugar
Instructions
- Clean prawns without shells then chopped the chilli padi,shallots, ginger. After that put all the chopped items n curry leaves into the wok stir fry untill fragrant then add all the sauces then add salt, pepper & sugar to taste n add the prawns in to stir fry till cooked then squeeze in the lime juice.
