Recipe Ingredient
- 5 - 6 pieces of medium size chicken drumsticks
- 2 onions - slice thinly
- 5 pips garlic - crush
- 5 cm young ginger - slice thinly
- 2 tbs oyster sauce
- 1 cup water
- Spring onion
- Parsley for garnishing
- 2 tbs light soysauce
- 2 tbs dark soysauce
- 1 teaspoon crushed black pepper
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients into a pot and cook over a slow fire for 20 - 25 minutes or until the chicken drumsticks tender. Add water and simmer for 2 minutes. Sprinkle with spring onion and parsley
- Serve with rice or bread.
