- 400g fresh strawberries
- 1 orange, juice extracted
- Brown sugar to taste
- 200g crème fraîche
- Garnishing:
- Mint leaves or
- Grated orange zest
Instructions
- Wash the strawberries in running water. Drain and dip in orange juice. Drain and place on a plate or cup. Sprinkle with brown sugar and serve with the crème fraîche.
- Decorate with mint leaves or grated orange zest.
