Recipe Ingredient
- (A):
- 250g salted butter
- 90g brown sugar
- 70g caster sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- A pinch of salt
- 8 tsp full cream milk
- (B):
- 1 egg
- (C):
- 300g all-purpose flour
- 10g cocoa powder
- 8g soda bicarbonate
- 8g baking powder
- (D):
- 80g almond flakes/walnuts or your favourite nuts, chopped fine
- 250g chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat the oven at 180°C.
- Beat ingredients (A) until everything is combined. Add ingredient (B) and beat till combined.
- Add ingredients (C) and fold in to combine. Add ingredients (D) and fold in to combine. Place half teaspoons of dough, spaced slightly apart, on a cookie sheet and bake for 18 to 22 minutes.
- Remove from oven and cool cookies completely before storing in an airtight container.
