IMPIANA Hotel Ipoh is offering a variety of scrumptious set dinners in conjunction with Chinese New Year.
Start off the dinner at the hotel’s coffee house with Prosperity Yee Sang that is served with salmon slices drenched in sweet and sour sauces, followed by a soup that is luxuriated with braised dried scallop and fish lips.
Diners can taste the goodness of Sesame Roast Chicken, which has a crispy roasted skin that blends perfectly well with its succulent meat.
Besides savouring the Fried Prawns with Salted Eggs, seafood lovers can also indulge in Chinese Steamed Silver Pomfret. The flesh of the fish literally melted in the mouth, as it had a smooth and silky texture.
