Chef Liza's Salad


    • 2 green apples
    • 1 can of pineapples
    • 4 boiled potatoes
    • 1/2 cup fresh shrimps (boiled)
    • 200g brocolli
    • 1 capsicum
    • 100g cucumber
    • 1 stalk celery
    • 1 cup mayonaise
    • Lemon juice (1/4 of a lemon)
    • 1 tsp Daisy cooking oil/olive oil
    • Salt and pepper to taste


    Dice all the vegetables and fruits.

    In a bowl, add all vegetables, fruits and oil and mix. Then add mayonaise. Mix well. Then add shrimps.

    Add salt and pepper to taste. Lastly, add lemon juice and mix well.

    Garnish and serve.
