Coconut candy

Ingredients

    • 5 cups kelapa parut
    • 4 cups (3/4 full) sugar
    • 1 can evaporated milk
    • butter
    • daun pandan

Method

    Put coconut,sugar, and evaporated milk in a large wok.

    Put daun pandan and keep stirring.

    when dry, put a spoonful of butter to roll it.

    coat butter on big ladle, & start to put hot mixture on tray & press.
