According to executive chef Alham, they picked the theme as a lot of people will be looking forward to eating dishes from their hometowns.

“It was easy to identify the signature dishes for all the states except Kuala Lumpur. Kuala Lumpur was difficult. We wanted something modern and finally, we decided on Ice-Cream Goreng,” said Alham who has been a chef for the past 22 years.

“Gulai Kawah from Kedah is one of our signature dishes. The beef is imported from New Zealand and Australia,” adds Alham.
