Bake with Kuali 2012
Bake with Kuali is back!
After last year's overwhelming response from readers, Kuali and the Malaysian Institute of Baking (MIB) are ready to tackle a new batch of enthusiastic bakers.
MIB's Chef Don Yong will give you the low down on the nitty-gritty of baking bread, cakes, cookies and pastries.
The first of this series will kick start on March 31, 2012. There will be six hands-on workshops in the series.
The workshop starts with the basic introduction of baking science (theory). Then, we will whisk you to your workstation where you will don an apron, roll up your sleeves and get your hands dirty.
For RM100, you will not only be exposed to the wonderful world of baking, but you will also take home a recipe booklet, a goodie bag and, of course, your own tasty creations. What's more? Participants also stand a chance to win baking books.
What you need to do is register online, wait for your seat confirmation, make payment and show up for the workshop. And yes, don't forget your enthusiasm.

Registration and payment details
- Registration for all workshops will be online. Walk-in, email, phone and advance bookings will not be entertained.
- Online registration for the May 19 workshop will be on May 3 from 9am onwards. We will close registration once the seats are filled.
- Participants will be selected randomly. Preference will be given to those who have not attended any of the workshops.
- We will only contact you if you have been selected. We will inform you by email how to make payment and if your seat is confirmed.
